Domestic Violence Awareness Month: Gladwin County Rally

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Shelterhouse hosted an awareness rally in downtown Gladwin to show survivors that they are not alone and that they have a community who will believe and support them.

When survivors become empowered, our communities become stronger and safer for all. We're immensely thankful for all those who attended to stand in solidarity with Shelterhouse and survivors to show our community that there is no excuse, justification, or invitation for violence or abuse.
