Chefs for Shelterhouse 2024

Chefs for Shelterhouse is a culinary celebration of hope & healing that seeks to support local businesses and raise funds to empower survivors at the same time!

In 2024, Shelterhouse brought this fundraiser back to the Midland community after a five-year hiatus and garnered over 300 attendees. This event featured 20 local chefs and restaurants offering attendees their best bite, along with a silent auction, cash bar, and Wine Wall!

Thanks to the generosity of our staff, sponsors, and donors, this event raised over $60,000 to help provide free emergency shelter, counseling, support groups, legal advocacy, and medical forensic exams to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
